Important Information
This item is made to order, with a listed minimum of four weeks to build and ship. Confirm the current production schedule, shipping transit time, delivery access, unloading and assembly arrangements before purchase. The lead time is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Confirm final dimensions, seating capacity, foundation requirements, drainage, ventilation, weather protection and required clearances with the manufacturer. Arrange assembly and electrical work with appropriately qualified professionals following manufacturer instructions and applicable local requirements.
Confirm the heater model, the meaning of the listed 240/1 designation, circuit requirements and complete package contents before ordering. Do not assume the 9 kW heater connects to a standard household outlet. A contactor box and high-temperature shut-off do not replace correct installation or supervised operation as directed by the manual.
Follow manufacturer instructions for sauna stones, permitted water use, session duration, heater operation and cleaning. Stop use if you feel uncomfortable or unwell, and consult a healthcare professional if you are unsure whether sauna heat is appropriate for you. Confirm warranty coverage and applicable delivery, cancellation and return terms before placing a made-to-order purchase.
